3. Data erased from the device

When the user chooses Erase all app data, the following data stored on the device is removed.

  • Cat profiles and cat profile photos
  • Meal, water, weight, litter, vomit, symptom, respiratory, memo, and medical records
  • Schedules, routines, care reminders, and related local notifications
  • App settings such as language, favorites, and quick log preferences
  • Widget summary snapshots and local cached data

4. Data that may remain

The items below may not be removed immediately by the in-app deletion flow and can be retained under third-party policies or in the user's own storage.

  • Purchase and subscription records handled by the App Store, Google Play, or RevenueCat
  • Diagnostic, analytics, and advertising-related data processed by Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, and Google Mobile Ads
  • iCloud backup copies that the user previously created

Retention periods for those items follow each provider's own policy. iCloud backup copies may remain until the user removes them manually or replaces them with a newer backup.
